About Amanda

Amanda Peterson joined the Ashton Real Estate Group in 2018 after years of studying the real estate industry from Illinois to Tennessee. Growing up near her busy broker grandmother gave her understanding from a young age that home truly is where the heart is- and helping people find that special place is her passion. Amanda has helped clients all over the middle Tennessee area find homes for their families, and investments to build growth and relocate. She holds the RCS-D designation and has helped clients working through divorce sell homes and find new starts. In 2020 Amanda became a Squad Leader with the Ashton Group, assisting the team and other agents with classes and social events to build relationships and education within the team. As well as being an agent that goes above and beyond for her clients, Amanda is also a one-on-one mentor for new agents joining the team. Helping create a community of agents with like-minded goals is invaluable for both the agents and clients. Agents become more knowledgeable, and clients receive the finest care. With over 60 homes sold with the team, her experience and devotion make her a true asset to any person moving in, out, or around Middle Tennessee.
