Originally from Florida, I now call home to East Tennessee. While the ever-changing seasonal weather and rolling, mountainous landscape are a far cry from the warmer climate and gulf-front scenery of my hometown, I take pride in my old roots as well as the new ones I've planted in one of Knoxville's historic neighborhoods, Fountain City. Having entered into, and through a continued career in real estate specializing in residential property management, I am well versed in all things pertaining to property and residency in Knox and surrounding counties. Equally, I am experienced in providing a high quality of service and integrity to all I serve. I have a strong set of principles, work ethic, and commitment to my clients in helping them realize their goals and dreams to the best of my abilities. Most of all, I have a genuine interest in my future neighbors and fellow citizens, who I am fortunate enough to develop lifelong relationships with along the way. I am actively involved in and passionate about the continued growth of the Knoxville community, and through my knowledge of our charming town's unique regions, what each has to offer and a keen eye on what future developments are in store, I am equipped to help buyers find their perfect home as well as to direct sellers in achieving the fullest potential of the sale of their home through proper forecasting, preparation, marketing, and staging. When not focused on real estate, whether professionally or leisurely, I enjoy hiking and camping in the nearby Great Smoky Mountain National Park, practicing yoga, attending concerts and community events, exploring the many locally owned and operated restaurants, breweries, and shops Knoxville has to offer, and more than anything, spending time with my family, including my husband, Brendan, our two sons, Myles & Riley, and fur kids, Woodsy & Whimsy.
