My name is David Salazar, and I’m a military veteran proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Black Hills. I’m originally from Sturgis, South Dakota, which gives me a personal connection to the area and firsthand knowledge of the Sturgis and greater Black Hills real estate markets. After 25 years of military service, I retired from the military and transitioned into the healthcare industry as a revenue cycle trainer. I later earned my real estate license and began my real estate career in Rapid City, bringing with me the organization, discipline, communication, and negotiation skills developed throughout my military and professional career. For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a house. I take the time to understand what matters most to my clients and work to help them find a home and community that truly fit their needs. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating to the Black Hills, selling a property, or preparing for your next move, my goal is to make the process as straightforward and well-informed as possible while always putting your interests first. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking advantage of everything the Black Hills has to offer.
