About Todd

The Hermanns Team Transplants from Redondo Beach, California, we are Angie & Todd Hermanns. Angie was raised in Michigan and after graduating with a degree in Business from Michigan State, she pursued a career in the Automotive Industry. Shortly after college, she moved to Southern California and found her passion in helping dealerships create positive guest experiences for clients purchasing vehicles. Todd grew up in Redondo Beach, California. After high school, he served 8 years in the Army as a member of the 1/3 Armored Cavalry. After the service, he returned to his hometown, and worked in the Auto Industry as well. Todd and I have worked diligently to educate and serve our clients for many years. Having worked in an industry where things can be hard to navigate, it’s of the utmost importance for us to guide you thru the real estate process with integrity, honesty, and expertise. We bring to the table a vast knowledge of negotiation skills, attention to detail and most importantly a desire to make this process exciting and fun.
