With something for every taste and budget throughout Pawleys and the Grand Strand, Karen is passionate about helping newcomers discover the area and assisting current residents in making the changes they envision Her husband, Bruce DeVoe, spent 35 years as a senior financial executive with multinational manufacturing companies, driving strategy, performance, and acquisitions while traveling to countries around the world—logging over 2.5 million miles. Over the years, Bruce bought and sold 13 homes as he moved across the country, relying on trusted real estate agents to guide him through each transaction. These successful partnerships inspired him to provide that same high level of service to others as he transitioned into real estate. With a strong financial background and a deep knowledge of the local market, Bruce offers clients informed, personalized guidance as they navigate one of life’s most important decisions. Having lived in several regions across South Carolina, he ultimately chose Pawleys Island for its coastal charm, close-knit community, and lasting appeal.
