Like many of the residents of the Holy City, Tamera Pendleton arrived at the coast via the long road. After moving from her hometown of Statesville, North Carolina, Tamera has relocated to Roanoke, VA; Columbus, OH; Houston, TX; Nashville, TN and finally to the beautiful South Carolina coast. Throughout these many moves, the one thing Tamera became convinced of was that clients need someone they can trust, someone that truly listens to their wants and needs, and they deserve results beyond the sale from their agent. Tamera maintains a soft spot for these relocating families. She has too often experienced not knowing where to eat or shop, not knowing what doctor or dentist to visit, or simply not knowing the ins and outs of a new community. She realizes being a REALTOR is about people, families and a relationship based on trust.
