After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a master’s in public administration and later earning my master’s in business administration from Charleston Southern University, I built my career in contract negotiations, finance, and project management through key roles at Charleston County and Santee Cooper, South Carolina’s state-owned electric and water utility. After years of navigating my own real estate experiences—purchasing land, renovating properties, and custom-building my home, I discovered a true passion for turning visions into reality. Inspired by a significant life change, I chose to channel that passion into a career where I can combine my negotiation expertise with my love for helping people achieve their goals and find a place, they are proud to call home. Still calling The Lowcountry home with my family, I bring a results-driven mindset, sharp attention to detail, and unwavering advocacy to every deal.
