Before transitioning to real estate, Ross enjoyed a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years as both an Army officer and a police officer. He served in a wide variety of leadership and operational roles throughout his military and law enforcement careers, developing the professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that now benefit his real estate clients every day. Ross's passion for real estate began long before he became an agent. At just 23 years old, while serving as an Army Second Lieutenant stationed in Hawaii, he purchased his first home. That experience sparked a lifelong interest in real estate, leading him to buy and sell several properties over the years and ultimately inspiring his decision to pursue real estate as a second career. After retiring from law enforcement in December 2023 and relocating to Charleston in January 2024, Ross earned his South Carolina real estate license and joined ChuckTown Homes. Since then, he has helped clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, offering clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering advocacy from the initial consultation through closing. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, military families, retirees, or experienced investors, Ross is dedicated to making every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
