Interacting with sellers from the onset of their listing to the closing and then interacting with buyers from the onset of their contracts to closing allowed me the opportunity to experience both sides. After getting my real estate license, I was drawn to working with buyers and as such decided to designate myself as a Buyers Agent. “The reward that comes from helping someone find that perfect fit is like no other. Meeting and interacting with different people is one of the aspects that drew me to this business” – coming from a background of working with Chambers of Commerce and Development Authorities hosting large industries into communities. My philosophy is simple – “let people know you care, take time to listen before acting and provide the knowledge to ensure that buyers and sellers make good decisions.” Purchasing and selling homes are the largest investment decisions that people make and giving them the knowledge about the market and the process involved (from beginning to end) is crucial. I wants my clients to know that I care and “put their needs and interests first”. I want to build not only a here and now working relationship with clients but better yet a friendship that is everlasting!
