Melodye moved to the Grand Strand in 1995 with her husband Dan but her experience with this area began many years before. For most of her life, the Myrtle Beach area has been a second home so when the opportunity to move there presented itself, Melodye was ready.Today, Melodye and Dan reside along the coast in Surfside Beach. They very much enjoy the spectacular weather, relaxed lifestyle and southern hospitality that is prevalent in the area. As a Realtor, Melodye brings her lifetime of experience with Myrtle Beach to her work specializing in all types of residential property from building lots to traditional family homes to vacation dream homes. She is involved extensively in the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® where she serves on many committees and as an officer on the Board of Directors. She is a State Director for the South Carolina Realtors Association and also serves locally on civic committees in the Town of Surfside Beach.
