Originally from Western Pennsylvania, her family decided to relocate to Summerville, SC in the spring of 2015. She lives in Cane Bay with her husband Dave, 2 children, and 4 fur babies. They also have a son that remained up north as a police officer for the city of Pittsburgh. He lives there with his wife and newborn - Megan and Dave’s 1st Grandbaby! Living in Summerville, SC for the past 9 years, Megan has seen the ups and downs of the market. Her marketing experience with State Farm life insurance sales and property and casualty insurance has given her a strong foundation in negotiation, customer service, creating long-standing relationships, customer care and assistance that clients may need throughout the entire process. This background gives her a strong foundation as a real estate professional. The support from her amazing team and constant training provides the expertise to properly evaluate the market conditions to determine the right course of action for both buyers and sellers. It is her passion to provide each client with an exceptional level of personal attention-including constant communication of all listing activity with sellers and status updates with buyers. “My love for real estate truly began when my husband and I sold our home last year.
