I've spent my career building things... first as a managing broker running an office, then as a coach helping agents build real businesses instead of chasing the next deal, and now as the founder and owner of Irongrove. Real estate found me after a run on Wall Street (Goldman Sachs, investment banking, the whole thing), and it turns out the same instincts that worked in finance work here too. Systems, discipline, and actually caring about the person on the other side of the table. As a managing broker I learned what it takes to help agents succeed, not just close my own deals. That turned into co-founding Ten Tenths, a coaching and community platform for agents who want to run a business that fuels their life, and Prosecco & Post, built to keep agents top of mind with the people who matter most. This all led to launching Irongrove, brokerage built to transform real estate from a transactional business into a transformational profession by helping families build wealth, create lasting legacy, and make confident decisions while empowering agents to build exceptional businesses that fuel their lives rather than consume them. Based in South Carolina, I bring a strange but useful mix to the table: financial rigor, an obsession with process, and genuine relationship building.
