About Libba

We are South Carolina natives, born and raised in the Palmetto State. Growing up, we were always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. Libba, graduated from James F. Byrnes High School and Scott, graduated from Lexington High School and both later graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Libba has over 25+ years working in the tourism industry with Convention & Visitors Bureaus in cities such as Atlanta, GA, Cabarrus County, NC and Statesville NC. Before moving back to our home state Libba, was the Event and Toursim Sales Manager at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte. Scott was a loyal Sodexo employee with 28 years of Marketing, Brand Management and Operations experience. His last postition was the Marketing Director for Sodexo at the University of SC. Our current hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. We are actively involved in the River Bluff Band Booster Club and a member of Lexington School District 1 Parent Advisory Board. We co-chair and coordinate the River Bluff Gator Band Food Truck Rally. We have been happily married for 23 years and we have two children Reilly, age 17 and Brighton age 20.
