A graduate of Clemson and The Citadel, Leann has lived in Charleston for over 20 years. After a career in civil engineering and earning her professional license in SC, she decided it was time to get out from behind the desk designing neighborhoods and start selling them. Her unique skill set helps set her apart from other agents. She realizes that buying and selling properties can be one of the most stressful life situations and she is readily available to help carry you through the entire process and beyond. She understands each client is unique and listens to their individual needs, keeping on task, following through and facilitates the buying and selling process. When Leann is not helping clients, she can be found running around the area, enjoying coffee or on the water with her family including her husband, Kevin, a true local, and her two children.
