I have the skill in pricing properties, creating comparative market analysis, and ability to guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions about home values. I am also a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and a Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). As such I can advise both buyers and sellers to achieve their goals for the best price. Having spent over 25 years in the home decorating field, I can point out ways to help sellers achieve the "wow" factor in making their home stand out in the market. I am also experienced in staging and redesign. A buyer has the use of my "expert eye" to advise of quality and potential in a home during the viewing of each property I retired as business owner a little over 10 years ago, however the enthusiasm and passion for helping people remained ignited. I sought real estate as an avenue to continue to see joy in the eyes of my clients. They have achieved their dream! and I had a part in making it happen. Success, there's nothing like it.
