I began a very successful real estate career 19 years ago as an Assistant Property Manager while attending the University of South Carolina. Immediately, it warmed my heart to witness the smiles on clients faces when they were given a set of new keys to their new home. It was the beginning of my genuine love to help others find quality housing. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1998 with a BA in Psychology, I quickly worked my way up in the business by obtaining a Property Manager In Charge license. I worked on-site managing several apartment communities and over 1300 units throughout the Columbia area. During my property management career, I mastered how to accomplish superior customer service in all facets… selling units, negotiating contracts, managing contractors, maintaining vendor relations, formulating budgets, administrative duties and performing any reasonable tasks or request imaginable that is consistent with accomplishing desired results for all parties involved. In 2015, I decided to advance my real estate career by becoming a full-time Realtor. I am definitely a people person. I am confident, assertive and have many years of business experience executing transactions from the beginning to end. I am very a detailed-oriented person by nature, and would love to take care of all the details for you when buying or selling your home. I also volunteer for Richland County as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) representing children as a Guardian ad Litem.
