Prior to entering real estate, Kelly spent 30 years in the banking industry, most recently holding the position of Vice President of BSA Compliance with M&T Bank. A graduate of the University of Baltimore, Kelly received her B.S. in Financing with a minor in Accounting. Moving to Surfside Beach, SC in 2007, Kelly spent much of her time becoming an expert in the area, diving into the local culture and history, and happily finding a home here at the beach. As an active member of the community, Kelly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity of Horry County, remains an active member of Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, and founding member of the Friendly Daughters of St. Patrick.
