Katie has earned the Senior Real Estate Special designation with the National Realtor Association and is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker which is a highest level of expertise in the real estate field. Katie is married to a builder and is a mother of six children and grandmother to three. She has graduated from the Charleston Trident Leadership Class of 2015, been on agent leadership counsels in prior companies, been a mentor to new agents and has participated in building homes with Habitat for Humanity in the Mount Pleasant, SC area. Katie is originally from Columbus, Indiana and she graduated from Ball State University with Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She spent fourteen years as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, lifestyle and weight management consultant and massage therapist.
