About Jo-Ann
I have enjoyed the great pleasure of living where I once vacationed: North Myrtle Beach area. Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, amazing beaches, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, phenomenal weather? Right here, in MB. I live like I’m on vacation and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them sell properties in the Grand Strand area. I was born and raised in the suburbs of NJ by first generation Dutch immigrants before moving West to Utah then Missouri and then back to NJ before settling in Myrtle Beach. In NJ, I worked side by side with my guy as an electrical contractor assistant for 10 years. I learned a lot about construction during those years and fell in love with it. By the time I settled here in the South, I’ve had an extraordinary time buying, selling, renting, repairing and flipping 3 homes. I was hooked on real estate and didn’t even know it! And now I get to do what I love everyday.
