Raised in an “Entrepreneurial and Real Estate� family, on a farm in Lexington, SC. I learned the value of hard work, dedication, sacrifice and unconditional love. Those values became my driving force in every aspect of my life and can attribute my success to them. I am the grateful mother of two energetic boys Hayden, Gage and a Lab named Gemma. Additionally, I am a Realtor and Contractor. I grew up with a passion for real estate and people. Throughout adolescence my family built many homes, rental communities and commercial retail strip malls. This allowed my passion to be fed and cultivated a drive for success all while gaining “real world� industry experience. As a young adult, I went into the Federal Housing and Grants Industry working within the Development Division and Compliance Monitoring. From there I went on to obtain my contractor’s license and start my own renovation business DonWin Development Group, LLC. When that challenge had been met, I furthered my career by becoming a Realtor. My whole life has in some way been connected to real estate and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My love for people and problem solving also comes in handy, as I am always meeting, working with and building relationships with new people. I also believe in the power of giving back and take pride in serving the community through my Church and local Women’s Club. My Motto Is "If you can't stop thinking about it, don't stop working for it!"
