Hilary Wierengo’s real estate heritage goes back generations. Her great-grandfather, grandfather and mother all had successful careers in real estate development, construction and management. Hilary has capitalized on that family experience and has continued the tradition with a focus on residential real estate sales. Hilary began her career in Louisville, Kentucky, partnering up with her mother, a top producing agent. After gaining experience and knowledge, she moved to Chicago, IL where she joined a top team in the industry and sold twenty three million in one year. Hilary decided to put cold winters behind her, live closer to her parents who reside in Seabrook and call Charleston home. Through years of experience in different markets, Hilary brings top-notch service and partnerships that are unique, supportive and built on trust. As a graduate of the University of Louisville, majoring in Communications, Hilary strives to give each client a positive experience based on prompt and authentic communication. A "start to finish" broker, Hilary expertly and thoroughly guides her clients through the buying and selling of their home. Hilary prides herself on her hands-on involvement at all stages of the process and will go to great lengths to help clients attain their real estate goals. Hilary currently resides in Cooper Estates, a neighborhood in Mount Pleasant. When she isn’t working, you will find her spending time with her husband and two Labradors, checking out new restaurants or outside by the water.
