About Greg

Greg is a South Carolina native who brings an unmatched professional and innovative approach to residential and commercial sales in the Charleston, SC market. Growing up in Columbia, SC he attended the University of South Carolina, earning a degree in finance. He then went on to law school in Charleston, SC where he passed the bar and received his law license. Thereafter, Greg used his talents working in real estate finance and sales in New York City, where he spent six years gaining incomparable experience in the industry. Greg has since returned home and lives in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife, Courtney. He is the Co-Founder and Broker-in-Charge of Avenue Realty Company, LLC. Before creating Avenue with his father, Brian, he worked as a broker focused on luxury residential and commercial sales. Greg’s professional background includes positions at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors (Investment Sales), TFO (Global Investment Manager | $1.0bn real estate portfolio), and Brixmor Property Group, a publicly traded REIT. During this time, Greg handled the sale of multiple portfolios of residential loans and was involved in numerous acquisitions and dispositions across all commercial property types, including, retail, multifamily, office, self-storage, and industrial. Greg’s unique skillset and experience provides clients with valuable insight when it comes to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the most desirable oceanfront, intracoastal, and exclusive properties in Charleston and the surrounding areas. In his spare time, Greg enjoys playing golf and is an avid boater and sport fisherman. He and his family have won numerous fishing tournaments both local and abroad, including the SC Governor’s Cup Billfish Series, the Bahamas Billfish Series, and placing in top honors in Costa Rica’s Los Suenos Signature Billfish Series. Greg enjoys everything Charleston, SC has to offer, including days at the beach with family on Sullivan’s Island.
