Beth enjoyed working in the medical and insurance industry as well as in the customer service arena. Like many real estate professionals, Beth's interest in real estate began with her own personal interests. Instead of going straight in to real estate sales, she had a particular interest in the details of appraising real estate so she became a Certified Residential Appraiser. Currently the Appraiser license is inactive so Beth can focus on sales. Beth has the ability to educate her clients on not just the real estate transaction and the home, but also on local market statistics and value of real estate.
