I eventually became the sole paralegal in the office running all aspects of all real estate transactions. Throughout this time I developed relationships with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, insurance providers, title insurance companies, title abstractors, contractors, inspectors, and all other parties involved. I was taught from the ground up how to handle every aspect of a real estate transaction. I understand and know that a deal does not end once a contract is signed and there must be commitment from your real estate agent to make sure the closing takes place. I am committed to my buyers and sellers from the beginning to the end, and my knowledge has allowed me to offer my clients the smoothest closing experience possible. I hold myself to very high standards as my clients are of the utmost importance to me. This day in age, online marketing is very important. Quality listing descriptions, photos, and a prominent presence online enables you to find a home and sell your home. I have had a listing selected off the internet to be featured on HGTV. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors' Reading With Realtors program, and I am a CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert.
