Ms. Hyacinth Kinley has lived and served in the Sumter Community since 1990. A mother of three grown children, two beautiful granddaughters, and a handsome grandson. Served with Sumter School District 17, For several years worked with a Temporary placement service before transitioning to a Human Resources professional for over 25 years in the SC and NC area. Hyacinth is a past Sumter Sunrise Rotarian, Paul Harris Fellow, Graduate of the Chamber Leadership Class X, and volunteered as a Board Member in the community and volunteered with Sumter United Ministries. Hyacinth earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in NY and a Master’s Degree in Management/HR from Troy State University (Shaw AFB) and a Doctorate from NorthCentral University in 2023.
