About Donna

Being a native gives me a unique perspective and appreciation of the area I am from. Who could not love this place? We have the Blue Ridge Mountains, a short drive to the coast, hiking trails, lakes and the beautiful downtown area full of restaurants and entertainment facilities. What better place to call home? Real Estate has been my career and passion since 2003. Recently awarded the opportunity to be the Broker In Charge at this amazing company. As the broker in charge, it’s my desire to help our agents understand what needs to be done, and how it needs to be done to make sure you are taken care of. So many agents get into this business thinking it’s going to be easy and it’s quite the opposite. The industry has become flooded with agents who aren’t being trained in how to properly service clients. I want to be a hands-on broker in charge who helps them succeed. I will always give credit to my mom who encouraged me to become a realtor. She saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself at the time. She took me under her wing and walked me through my first contract and went with me to my first listing appointment. If I had a question, she was available to answer it for me. From her, I learned everyone’s needs are different. Take time to get to know your clients and build a relationship with them. That’s what makes this business so rewarding. I will be forever grateful that she was there by my side to help me. These things she instilled in me will always be a part of how I lead our agents.
