Davitte, a former gymnast and athlete, loves her family and has a devotion to God. Since childhood, her passion for football and basketball has taken her from HU Pirates, and USC Gamecock Country to the heart of Texas for her Dallas Cowboys. Davitte grew up in the Lowcountry area of Charleston and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science. Postgraduate, she continued her studies in Ophthalmology for 15 years before starting her sales career selling Mary Kay. She excelled for 10 years and left the Mary Kay industry after being awarded 2 milestone vehicles and a Directorship Sales position. She has since built a successful career in Real Estate for over 15 years in the Columbia/Midlands area and into the Lowcountry areas of Charleston. As a CIAS, Certified Investors Agent Specialist; ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative; PSA, Pricing Strategy Agent; and MRP, Military Relocation Professional, she has worked in every aspect of the real estate industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors in the real estate market. Davitte has experience working and training in the non-profit sector of various community development projects, which includes state, local and government housing authorities, and developments. As a Charlestonian (Mt.Pleasant, SC) and a Columbia native of 29 years, she has experienced and witnessed the massive growth to Charleston’s coastal areas and the gradual Midlands change.
