About Connie E.

It was a time of redevelopment and renewal, as my husband retired from the police department and we moved back to South Carolina just before the COVID pandemic.  As he began a new job position, I managed residential rental properties, as well as both of our parent’s estates. While my real estate and property management experience dates back to 2006, my husband & I have also bought & sold multiple properties throughout South Carolina & Florida, some as our primary residence and some as investments. This has given me a strong foundation in the residential real estate industry.  I bring forth a wide array of skills & experience throughout my years buying & selling investment real estate, managing properties for over 20 years, & working in positions that involved complicated problem solving, conflict resolution & loss prevention. I support our military, our first responders and look forward to educating my clients to get the best results possible for them. Having 5 generations along the east coast in both Florida and South Carolina, I have expert knowledge of many areas and am passionate to find the best area that fits your needs and lifestyle.
