Hello! I'm Chris, and I am a real estate consultant with Keller Williams in Myrtle Beach. I started selling Real Estate at nineteen years old, and I was the youngest agent in the area at the time. I am a full-time dedicated agent who enjoys helping people buy and sell properties. I enjoy working with ocean-front condos, which are a touchy subject for many agents. Other property-types I work with are: Residential homes, Market Common/townhomes, waterway and golf course condos, and some commercial properties (such as restaurants). One thing about me, is that I will work closely with investors, and I fish for properties that have high cap rates.
