About Chase

I didn’t grow up planning to be a Realtor, but real estate has been part of my life for a long time. I started helping my parents with their vacation rental business when I was 14, and years later, after studying Applied Physics at the University of Washington, I decided to make a career out of it. Before settling in South Carolina, I lived in California, Washington, France, and Costa Rica. My family has roots in Greenville, and some of my favorite memories growing up are summers spent here with my Grandpa, helping in his woodshop, cooking recipes from his Julia Child cookbook, and listening to his stories. After he passed away, I bought his house and eventually made Greenville home myself. Today, with a great team behind me, I sell more than 30 homes and $10 million in real estate each year throughout Upstate South Carolina. That experience matters, but I don’t think most people want a Realtor who spends the entire time telling them how great he is at selling houses. I try to be the person I would want representing me. I’ll give you my actual opinion, even when it isn’t necessarily what you want to hear. I’ll tell you when I think a house is overpriced, when I think you’re getting a good deal, or when I think you should walk away. If you’re selling, I’ll be straightforward about what I think your home is worth and what we need to do to get it sold. I take the job seriously without taking myself too seriously. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and my goal is to make sure you have good information, good advice, and someone in your corner throughout the process.
