About Chase

Chase is a go-getter, having started his first business in his bedroom while he was studying Applied Physics at the University of Washington. After two years of building his company SNAKc up to over 100k in sales, his company was acquired by a larger corporation. Chase first began working in real estate helping his parents with their vacation rental property business. From this early experience, he developed a passion for helping people create meaningful memories in the perfect home. After finishing his studies in Seattle, Chase decided to take the plunge and focus on real estate full time. Having lived in a variety of locations -- California, Washington, France, Costa Rica, and now South Carolina -- Chase has learned that each individual has a unique idea of what makes a house a home. Chase’s family was born and raised in Greenville, and he would always return to his roots to visit his Grandpa -- spending summers helping in his woodshop, cooking from his Julia Child book, and listening to Grandpa’s wild stories while he puffed on a cigar. After his Grandpa passed, Chase bought his grandfather’s house and started a new life in the South. While he has moved throughout the country, Chase has kept many traditions and continues to golf every Saturday with his father. Additionally, he volunteers at The Board Ryders Club in Taylors teaching skateboard lessons to children. He is also a member of Upstate CREIA, a creative real estate group that discusses unique ways to invest in real estate.
