My motto and commitment to you: Minimize the Surprise. Greetings from the beautiful Carolina Coast! It is such a gift to make the Myrtle Beach area home, and I'd be thrilled to have the chance to help you do the same. I grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland as part of a big family and trips to the beach were thankfully a frequent occurrence. The seashore was always a place of both joy and peace and to make it home is indeed a dream come true! After attending college at James Madison in Virginia and graduate school at The University of South Carolina, I made Charlotte, NC my home base for over 20 years (Go Panthers!). My time there included many wonderful experiences, including running a business tied to the world of NASCAR®. Boy, do I have some stories to tell! Those experiences and connections really helped when I transitioned to selling homes. My first seven years in the business were in sales for two national homebuilders. One of them assigned me to serve as Area Sales Manager here at the Grand Strand. I love the area and the home choices so much I just recently bought a home here myself, so I can definitely offer tips and insights! My motto is "minimize the surprise" - you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who will work harder to insure we navigate these waters smoothly. It really is my honor to help individuals and families with this life-changing decision - the fulfillment of a uniquely American dream while developing a global community.
