About Brenda

Allow me to introduce myself. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, while my husband Jerry hails from Wisconsin. We married in 1975 and have been blessed with two wonderful daughters. In 1992, we began relocating further south and eventually retired from our careers in retail grocery management, moving to Myrtle Beach in April of 2016. One of our daughters and her family remained in Virginia, whereas the other daughter and her family joined us at the beach in 2021. My aspiration to become a Realtor has been longstanding. I completed all requisite courses in the late 1970s, but another career opportunity led me to work for Giant Food for 32 years. Throughout these years, I engaged in buying and selling real estate, which rekindled my passion for this field. Consequently, I obtained my Real Estate license in 2016, followed by my husband's licensure in 2017. We take great pride in assisting clients, continually advancing our training to align with current market trends. The process of buying or selling real estate can indeed be daunting, representing a significant financial decision for most individuals. It is our objective to simplify this process.
