About Bob

Bob Hill, a native of North Carolina, graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1970 and joined his family’s construction and real estate business. His career path has led him from the family business to managing a five-office real estate firm in Raleigh, NC. From there he then worked in marketing management of a national electrical products manufacturer to a management role in the National Association of Home Builders’ ‘SMART HOUSE’ Project. After many years of relocation for the Hill household, Bob Hill and wife, JoAnn, had a greater appreciation for the role a Realtor plays in making life manageable for a family on the move. Because of this, in 1996 they decided to take all their experiences and apply them to their own real estate business again, but this time on the shores of Lake Hartwell. Later, the successes and knowledge gained on Lake Hartwell led to relocating their corporate office to Seneca on the shores of Lake Keowee.
