Real estate has always been part of my story. I’m a second-generation Realtor, following in my father’s footsteps after he began his career with Century 21. After nearly a decade in the corporate insurance world, I joined my father in real estate in 2002. What began as a career shift quickly became a passion. Helping friends and families buy and sell homes proved to be deeply rewarding. Early in my career, I earned my Broker’s license and became actively involved in the local real estate community—serving as an instructor certified by the Virginia Association of Realtors, volunteering on Education and Grievance Committees, teaching Ethics classes, and serving on the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors. These experiences shaped my commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy. Today, I bring more than two decades of experience and over a half billion dollars in sales volume to every client relationship. I have proudly remained a top producer, earning the Centurion Award Honor Society. In 2019, I expanded my business by opening my own property management company, helping clients grow and protect their real estate investments. As my business has grown in Virginia, I’ve expanded my ability to serve clients by partnering with trusted agent Chris Sheehan, who works alongside me and directly with my clients in the field. This collaborative approach ensures that every client receives the same high level of service, attention, and expertise, while allowing me to remain available, responsive, and focused on the bigger picture throughout the entire process. After spending more than a year traveling back and forth to what became a second home in Charleston, I began investing in the local real estate market myself. Before long, friends, family, and clients began reaching out with their own interest in purchasing homes in the Lowcountry. In 2026, I took the next step by expanding my real estate business to South Carolina and joining Carolina One Real Estate, the largest firm in South Carolina and a market leader in the Charleston area. With its extensive local presence, resources, and network, Carolina One was a natural fit for the way I wanted to serve clients in South Carolina. I’m able to offer clients real estate guidance in both Northern Virginia and the Charleston market, whether they’re relocating, searching for a second home, investing, or simply exploring what life in the Lowcountry might look like.
