More than two decades in real estate means I’ve experienced many different markets—and just about every twist and turn a transaction can take. As an experienced listing agent, I help sellers prepare, price, market, negotiate, and navigate their home sale from our first conversation through closing. I monitor market conditions, competing homes, showing activity and buyer feedback so my sellers can make informed decisions.
