About Allen

Originally from South Carolina, I have lived in multiple states in the Southeast for the past 10 years. I attended Atlanta Leadership College, where I met my wife Cristina and while the original plan was to start our lives together in Columbia, we ended up in her hometown the sunny Orlando, Florida. This is where my career in real estate began. I first worked as a negotiator with a small company who managed short sale transactions. Working to help distressed homeowners was very rewarding and, combined with the thrill of negotiations, was the first thing that got me hooked on this business. Later I was hired into a brokerage as a business development manager, which opened my eyes to an entire different side of the business. Several years later I made the decision to move into sales, with the same company. My focus was on investment real estate in the Disney Corridor and it’s where I found my true calling. After having two kids (Paisley Jo and Ty) we decided that it was time to move back to South Carolina to be closer family. I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for real estate back to my hometown of Columbia!
