Alena began her real estate career in Charlotte, North Carolina, before relocating to the Charleston area with her husband four years ago. Having experienced the relocation process herself, she understands both the excitement and the challenges that come with finding the right community and making a new place feel like home. Her passion for real estate began long before she became a REALTOR®. Growing up, her father owned a hardwood flooring business, and her husband is a licensed General Contractor who built and operated a successful renovation company. Being surrounded by home construction and renovation projects gave Alena an appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the ability to recognize a home's potential beyond first impressions. Today, that perspective helps her guide clients in making informed, confident decisions—whether they're purchasing their first home, building new construction, or preparing to sell. Before joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Alena spent two years with PulteGroup's Coastal Carolinas division as a New Home Sales Consultant, specializing in new construction. During her time there, she was honored with Rookie of the Year recognition and finished as the #1 sales consultant in homes sold within the Charleston market in 2024. That experience gave her an in-depth understanding of the building process, construction timelines, design selections, warranties, and what buyers should expect when purchasing a newly built home. Today, Alena brings together her experience in both resale and new construction to help clients navigate every step of the real estate journey. She works with first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, and individuals relocating to the Lowcountry, always tailoring her approach to each client's unique goals.
