About Paul

Ryan Antrop joined Residential Properties Ltd. as a Broker Associate in 2012 and went on to form the Antrop & Williamson team in 2014. A group of dedicated and professional Realtors® serving Rhode Island, as well as, Southeastern Massachusetts; the team has continually earned the distinguished Platinum Sales distinction in sales volume for The Northern Board. Ryan was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2011 by The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors and served as the President for The Northern Board and Statewide MLS in 2015. Ryan currently serves as Immediate Past President for Statewide MLS and The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors and a board member of the Cumberland and Lincoln Boys & Girls Club. Prior to Residential Properties, Ryan interned and worked for some of the largest law firms in Rhode Island, for a national bank in the commercial lending department, and for one of Rhode Island’s largest title insurance companies. Ryan has traveled extensively through the United States and Canada, as well as, Europe. He studied International Business at Temple University of Rome, Italy. Ryan holds a J.D. with a concentration in Real Estate Law from the Massachusetts School of Law and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Vermont College. Ryan enjoys working with the first time home buyer to the multi unit investor. He holds Relocation Certification as well as Military on the Move certification through Residential Properties. Ryan is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
