About David

I'm Dave Cutler with William Raveis Real Estate, working out of our Hingham office. I believe the best real estate decisions start with good questions, not sales pitches. My path here wasn't typical. I grew up in Revere, earned my degree at Bridgewater State University, and spent a decade in enterprise software sales working with clients like Fannie Mae and the Federal Reserve. Those years taught me three things I use every day: listen more than you talk, solve the real problem, and negotiate with preparation instead of pressure. When a deal gets complicated, that background is where my clients feel the difference. I've been licensed for about ten years and working full-time in real estate for the last several. I recently passed $10 million in career sales as an individual agent, not a team, so when you work with me, you work with me. I've called Avon home since 2010, and I'm proud to have once set the town's all-time home sales record, a mark I fully intend to break again. I was also selected by the Town of East Bridgewater to market its municipal properties, work that requires careful attention to state law, transparency, and getting fair value for everyone involved. I bring that same care to every client. I help buyers and sellers across the South Shore, including East Bridgewater, Bridgewater, Easton, Stoughton, Canton, Norwell, and Plymouth, at every price point from first homes to luxury properties.
