Brian is the definition of a "Professional Tinkerer". From homes to cars and everything in between, he possesses an uncanny ability to assess most every situation and work (or tinker) his way to a solution. For twenty years, he has worked in the Auto Industry alongside his father within the family business. As lead mechanic and salesperson, he has honed critical experience not only in the automotive craft, but the art of truly meeting the customer where they are. Through practical knowledge, he strives to deliver a nuanced approach in optimizing budgets, wants, and needs. Outside the shop, Brian’s fascination with Real Estate has developed into a passion today. This began with his first home where each renovation was a creative outlet and every project invited the motivating prospect of learning another unique set of skills. While tearing down walls and chasing curiosities, his projects and skills have evolved over the decade, inviting opportunities in both investment property and community involvement. He enjoys the business of Real Estate, strategizing and analyzing investment properties from rehab to the rental process. He currently manages his own long term and short term rentals within his own portfolio and is an advocate for others on their pursuit. Today, Brian’s enthusiasm and genuine love of the promise of Real Estate ownership shines through.
