As a Real Estate consultant and sales specialist, I've enjoyed helping hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully reach their goals, in both the RI & MA Real Estate market throughout the years. Prior to selling Real Estate, I successfully ran my own construction company for over 20 years, and have built and remodeled hundreds upon hundreds of new homes across New England. I first started investing in Real Estate in the 90's, and started leveraging and building a multifamily investment portfolio of rental units for positive cash flow retirement income. With decades of experience with home building, and in Real Estate investments it allows me to bring a very valuable asset throughout the process, and to the closing table for my clients. Always looking forward, and as a natural extension to the business that I loved, I decided to dive straight into Real Estate Sales and received my License in 2004. In short, with over 35 years of combined Real Estate experience, I always bring a wealth of experience in all facets of the housing industry to my clients. After receiving my sales license, and in my first full year as a Real Estate agent I successfully closed over 70 units of real Estate and became a fundamental part of Rhode Island's #1 Real Estate Team. In 2005, as a team we went on to successfully launch one of the largest Real Estate developments in RI history. As a fundamental part of a team of 5 we closed over 250 units in this development in one year's time, and we were then subsequently recognized by the Wall St Journal, and named the #1 team in RI for both units, and dollars of Real Estate sold in 2005 with over $80,000,000 in sales, along with a combined 487 closed transaction sides. We went on to win the following awards: #1 Team for NRT Board of realtors #1 Team for all of RI across all companies #2 Team for NRT in closed units across the entire USA #5 Coldwell Banker Team for closed units across the entire USA. I've been awarded the 5 Star Realtor award for the last 8 years running, and every single year since its inception as a full time Real Estate consultant and sales specialist.
