As a realtor she prides herself on being able to fit a personality to the right area after just a few minutes of chit chit chat and loves becoming part of each client’s life while in the process of finding the perfect home. Morgan loves working with people unfamiliar with Philly and being able to see everything new and through their eyes! House hunting will often turn into “weird history” tours of the city she loves, with stories about the always crazy history of Philadelphia. As The Condo Shop Transaction Manager, Morgan follows the transactions and settlements from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction for both the client and the agents in the office. She is an expert in the process’ and documentation involved in purchasing or selling in NJ and PA and can often spot a problem and address it before it has even arisen! Morgan has been a Philadelphia resident for 13 years and thoroughly considers herself a Philadelphian. She can tell you where to go for the best “city wide” special, where to get a square pie, what it means to get wiz wit out, and can even explain “jawn”. She’s a transplant from the Garden State and comes from a diverse community. Morgan loves that she can find what she loved about an entire state in just a few neighborhoods here! When Morgan is at play you can find her wandering the city, exploring new neighborhoods, checking out the best new restaurant or lounge, checking out a new museum exhibit, creating subversive cross stitch patterns, relaxing at the newest “Pop Up Garden”, or at home with her furry kids Poe and Hobbes watching Netflix.
