After graduating from college, I was thrust into the challenging landscape of the 2008 recession. Seeking new opportunities, I immersed myself in books on stocks, insurance, banking, and, most importantly, real estate. It quickly became clear that real estate was my path forward. I founded my own company and teamed up with investors to purchase my first duplex in Gloucester City. While managing that property, I successfully completed a fix-and-flip project in Woodbury, which I acquired through a wholesaler. Recognizing the need for mentorship to scale my portfolio, I leveraged my extensive sales experience—from managing a top-performing retail shop to excelling in door-to-door sales—and decided to obtain my real estate license. This decision allowed me to combine my strengths and passions into a rewarding career. I firmly believe that understanding the needs and goals of my clients is the cornerstone of success.
