Hi, I’m Larissa! I’m a licensed real estate agent with a background in property management, where I’ve spent the last several years helping owners, tenants, and families navigate the housing world with confidence and care. Through that experience, I developed a passion for helping people take the next step — whether that means finding the perfect rental, becoming a first-time home buyer, or transitioning into their forever home. As I continue growing on the sales side of real estate, my goal is to provide honest communication, strong guidance, and a stress-free experience for every client I work with. I understand that every situation is unique, and I pride myself on being approachable, responsive, and truly invested in helping people achieve their goals. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mother of four and happily engaged. My family and I stay very active, especially during the summer — whether we’re at the beach, enjoying sports, hiking with our two dogs, or spending quality time together outdoors. Family, connection, and community are incredibly important to me, and I bring those same values into my work with clients every day. I’m excited to continue building my real estate career and helping more individuals and families feel confident throughout their journey home.
