Lara moved around multiple Philly neighborhoods throughout the years, but found her home in Fishtown in 2002, where she made first property investment! From there, she began rapidly expanding her budding rental portfolio, going so far as to become the founder member of her local community association. Throughout her five years on the board (2002-2007), Lara poured her heart and soul into giving back to the community she called home, organizing neighborhood cleanups, curating the Trenton Ave Arts Festival (one of the largest community festivals in all of Philly), and providing professional assistance with the zoning and planning committee. After her tenure, Lara then set her sights on what had clearly been her true passion all along: real estate. She obtained her license and immediately got to work helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership, parlaying her creative background into a value-add for her clients, assisting them in redesigns, decoration, and property staging. 15 years later, and her business has grown into a multi-award winning entity, becoming Keller Williams Philadelphia’s #1 small team!
