About Keir

I was born in Chester County and became a licensed real estate agent in 1998. With extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia suburban real estate market, I can help you sell your property or find the perfect home or investment. Real Estate has always been part of my life - my mother, Roz Abrahams, was one of the first women in the area to open her own brokerage, and I joined her in business shortly after graduating college. I soon purchased my first home, a triplex on South Walnut Street in West Chester and quickly immersed myself in real estate. I loved helping friends, neighbors, and clients buy and sell properties while always keeping an eye out for investment opportunities of my own. Over the years, I acquired dozens of properties using conventional methods as well as creative ones, such as seller financing, to purchase properties without upfront capital. While real estate is a fantastic investment, it’s not the passive income source that many believe it to be. After 20 years, I transitioned away from investing to focus on helping others navigate the buying and selling process. With my experience, I can guide you through every step of your real estate journey - whether you are a first-time buyer, longtime homeowner, or a seasoned investor. I’ve personally lived in a variety of settings, from HOA communities to homes with well water and on-site septic systems, and I’ve navigated the permit process countless times. I also understand the unique character of different townships, neighborhoods, and school districts, helping you find the exact location that fits your lifestyle. I love this area for its charming downtowns, scenic green spaces, and year-round activities. Community involvement is also important to me - I have served on the board of the West Chester Apartment Housing Association, acted as the real estate representative on multiple Borough Commissions, and remain active in my son's scout troop and my synagogue. When I’m not working, I cherish time spent fishing, hiking, kayaking, or transforming my home into a garden-filled oasis.
