Let me explain; I graduated from Drexel University many years ago and went immediately into public accounting after graduation. After having passed the CPA exam I became a licensed CPA. The above principles are the bedrock of public accounting, and I worked hard to live up to those standards every day of my professional life as an accountant and then as a corporate financial officer. I had a long and successful career from which I retired several years ago. I decided that I wanted to try something that had been in the back of my mind for some time – become a REALTOR® and use my financial and negotiation skills in a different environment. An environment that I really enjoy. The principles of a REALTOR® (below) are not that different from those of a CPA. I pledge that I will work every bit as hard for my real estate clients as I have worked for my accounting clients.
