About Jim

My approach to real estate sales will feel different. I prefer to educate my clients on the process of buying and selling to allow them to make choices best suited to their needs. I do not appreciate a pushy approach, but rather value fairness, honesty, and complete transparency during a transaction. I began my career in the business over 20 years ago processing mortgage loans. I then moved into a leadership role in the title and appraisal industry. I felt my talents would be best suited to being able to deal directly with the public, which brought me to sales. I have had the privilege of leading some of the finest agents in the business directing sales for two northern Pittsburgh offices. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers of all types of properties from single-family homes to condos. I have a special affection for contemporary homes and unique properties. I see the value in these types of homes and know how to market them as a lifestyle rather than just a dwelling. I currently reside in a suburb of Downtown Pittsburgh which allows me to be central to all of the market areas around Western Pennsylvania. I am a native of Murrysville graduating from Franklin Regional (go Panthers) and attending the University of Pittsburgh (more Panthers!). In my free moments, I enjoy spending time at the gym, fine dining and traveling.
