Philadelphia and its Suburbs have always been my home, and practicing Real Estate Sales plus the appraisal of residential real estate have been my occupations for decades. I enjoy participating in the growth of our neighborhoods as part of my passion for real estate and sharing that passion with my clients. Sometimes it takes an extra set of eyes to visualize the potential in properties. I apply this skill in marketing real estate for sale as well identifying value in representing my buying clients. My slogan, "Developing Value is My Super-Power" is realized from consistent client feedback pertaining to exceeding their expectations. I just do my job to give you the best representation possible. My geographical areas of real estate expertise include Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties in our beautiful state of Pennsylvania. For fun, I enjoy sharing time with loved ones, researching places to travel, reading, cooking, all the fine arts and nature through all seasons . I'm a Masters' level graduate of Temple University, with lifelong learning relationships with additional universities. My trusty real estate companion is a bichon frise who loves taking rides scoping neighborhoods with me. It's an honor to work with you which I take seriously, and translate into hard work.
