About Hilary

Hilary Mancuso began her real estate career at the end of 2019, jumping into the business during the rapidly changing COVID-era market. That experience helped her build the flexibility, patience, and problem-solving skills she brings to every client relationship today. Hilary is known for her comfortable, casual, and client-first approach. She believes that the more informed her clients are, the more confident and comfortable they can be when making big decisions. She tailors her service to each client’s level of experience—offering hands-on guidance for first-time buyers or those who haven’t bought in years, while adapting her approach for more seasoned clients. She’s never pushy and always honest: if she doesn’t know an answer, she’ll find it. Based in Quakertown, Hilary serves much of eastern Pennsylvania, from the Poconos to the Philadelphia area. She holds certifications as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and comes from a strong customer-service background that shaped her belief in treating clients the way she’d want to be treated. Outside of real estate, Hilary enjoys DIY projects, yard sales, being outdoors, and discovering quirky home features—especially unique laundry chutes. Her goal is simple: help clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported from start to finish.
